Effects of Idiosyncratic Deals, Psychological Contract, Job Satisfaction and Environmental Turbulence on Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior

Corporate ethics is an important part of corporate sustainable development. Sustainability not only about the environment but also well-being employees, including job satisfaction (JS), Psychological contract (PC), etc. Among them, to organize relationships with other stakeholders, unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) employees damages image and reputation even threatens development enterprise. In this context, influencing factors that induce UPB should be analyzed considered. Based on social exchange theory cognitive theory, research explores how idiosyncratic deals (I-deals) affect employees’ intention perform through PC JS from viewpoint employee-organization relationships, moderating role environmental turbulence in it. The sample was drawn 377 working China, manufacturing companies. questionnaire distributed at two time points. first questionnaire, who participated survey answered information such as deals, PC, (ET). After 1 month, responded messages. hypotheses were tested analytically using SPSS 23.0 Amos 23.0. showed I-deals had a beneficial impact UPB. psychological mediated influence positive relationship between chain effect JS. Moreover, ET positively moderates UPB, higher ET, stronger Conversely, lower.
